WBCHSE Re-Registration Guidelines for AY 2024-2025

Re-Registration For Class XI (Mandatory)

• The previous registration of the student will be automatically cancelled.
• Schools must collect the previous registration certificate in original.
• The original certificate must be submitted to the Council after the end of the registration period.

Re-Registration For Class XII (Optional)

Previous Registration Cancellation

The previous registration of the student will be automatically cancelled.

Submission of Previous Registration Certificate

Schools must collect the previous registration certificate in original.

Collection of Previous Examination Documents

If the candidate has previously enrolled ‘x’ times for the final Class XII examination, the school must collect all previous admit cards and mark sheets in original.

Declaration from Student

Schools must collect a declaration from the student stating their intention to re-register.

Submission of Original Documents

All the above original documents must be submitted to the Council after the end of the registration period.

Attention: AII Head of institutions (HOIs)

This is to inform all the Hors that students who want to re-register under WBCHSE in AY2024-2025 must follow below points

For class XI { Mandatory )
while submitting re-registration form for XI candidates, note the following points:

1. The previous registration of student will be automatically cancelled.
2. School must collect previous registration certificate in original and submit to the Council after the end of the registration period.

For Class XII- (optional)
while submitting re-registration form for XII candidates, note the following points:

1. The previous registration of student will be automatically cancelled.
2. School must collect previous registration certificate in original.
3. If candidate has previously enrolled ‘x’ times for final class XII examination school must collect all previous admit cards and mark sheets in original.
4. School must collect a declaration from the student that he/she wants to re register.
5. All the above original documents must be submitted to the council after the end of the registration period.
