The following private Health Care Organization has been assessed by the H&FW Department ,Govt of W.B as
Service Provider on the basis of the facilities available there for rendering medical attendance & treatment to the State Government employees/ pensioners and their eligible beneficiaries under the West Bengal Health for all employees and Pensioners Cashless Medical Treatment Scheme,2014. The Health Care Organization has inked the Memorandum of Agreement with the Government of West Bengal for this purpose for a period up to 31/03/2027 or they are modified or revoked whichever is earlier from the date of the notification.
Now, the Governor is pleased to recognize for empanelment of the following Health Care Organization on the basis of the M.O.A under the West Bengal Health for all employees and Pensioners Cashless Medical Treatment Scheme,2014 and enlist the same in Annexure-A of Finance Department Notification No. 3473-F, Dated-11″May, 2009 :-
