List of Upcoming Retiring Employees of Finance Department, WB
Finance Department has issued a directive concerning the retirement process for its employees, specifically those who are nearing retirement.
Upcoming Retiring Employees:
The Pension Sanctioning Authority (the institution responsible for handling pension matters) is among the employees who will be retiring soon.
Memo Reference:
The directive refers to an earlier memo (Memo No. 1315-F(Pen) dated October 14, 1996) which contains guidelines about pension procedures.
Retiring Employee List:

Pension Application Timeline:
According to the rules, pension documents need to be sent to the Office of the Accountant General (A&E), West Bengal, six months before the employee’s retirement date.
Submission of Pension Papers for Retiring Employees:
Employees who are retiring need to submit their formal pension applications (including forms and necessary documents) to the Nabanna office, Group-H, of the Finance Department. They must do this at least nine months before their retirement date.
Required Form:
The application should be submitted using the prescribed format, Form No. 5.

Considering the fact that the respective Pension Sanctioning Authority of this Department himself is among the list of upcoming retiring employees and on the basis of the data provided by HRMS Cell of this Department, the undersigned is directed to refer to the Memo No. 1315-F(Pen) dated 14.10.1996 and to forward herewith the name and date of superannuation of the following employee(s) of Finance Department as appended in Column (2) and (5) respectively in the table below :

According to the existing rules, pension papers need to forward to the Office of the Accountant General (A&E), West Bengal, six months in advance, from the date of his/her superannuation. He /She is therefore, requested to submit his formal application for Pension, Gratuity etc. in the prescribed format i.e. Form No. 5 and other necessary papers and documents to Nabanna, Group-H of this Department, at least Nine (09) months in advance from their date of superannuation in terms of F.D. Memo. No. 1315-F(Pen) dated 14.10.1996.
