- Employees nearing retirement are required to submit their pension applications, including all necessary forms and documents, nine months prior to their retirement date. This submission is to be made to the Nabanna office, Group-H, of the Finance Department.
Timeline for Pension Paperwork:
- Pension documents must be sent to the Office of the Accountant General (A&E), West Bengal, at least six months before the retirement date to ensure timely processing.
Required Documentation:
- Employees should use the prescribed Form No. 5 for submitting their pension applications.
