How to Apply for Lakshmir Bhandar 2024 (Offline Process)
- Obtain the Application Form: The form is available for free at Duare Sarkar Camps. It can also be downloaded online.
- Submit the Form: Fill out the application form, sign it, and submit it at a Duare Sarkar Camp along with the required documents.
- Verification Process: Government officials will review the applications at Duare Sarkar Camps. After verification, the Block Development Officer (rural areas) or Sub-Divisional Officer (urban areas) will enter the applications into the portal and recommend eligible applicants for sanction.
- Sanctioning Authority: The District Magistrate (or the Commissioner of Kolkata Municipal Corporation for Kolkata residents) will approve the eligible applications.
- Receive Assistance: The financial assistance will be credited monthly via Direct Bank Transfer (DBT) to the Aadhaar-linked bank account of the eligible female household member.
