This notice is issued in reference to Notification No. DS(C)/101/24 dated 16.08.2024, to bring attention to the stakeholders of timely submission of verification of checklists for Class IX (2023).

Verification of Checklist Current Status

We appreciate the efforts of many schools that have completed the verification process. However, a small number of schools are yet to submit their checklists online. To assist in this process, we have enclosed a list of schools that may need to finalize their submissions.

Next Steps for Schools

For the schools that are in the process of completing their verification, we encourage you to visit the concerned Regional Office. They are advised to bring a written application detailing any reasons for delays, so they can get assist promptly.
