Employees, pensioners, and family pensioners of the West Bengal Government, along with AIS officers and pensioners who served the state, can now avail of cashless medical treatment under the West Bengal Health Scheme (WBHS) at Chittaranjan National Cancer Institute (CNCI), Newtown.

CNCI Cashless Treatment Facility:
- Cashless Treatment: Up to Rs. 2 lakh per treatment.
- Two Bed Categories: General Bed and Private (Cabin) Bed.
- Critical Care: ICU/ITU, Day Care, HDU, Isolation Bed available for all.
- Medicine Supply: CNCI provides all necessary medicines.
- High-Value Drugs: Can be brought by beneficiaries with approval.
Bed Entitlement & Day Care:
- Bed Entitlement: Based on salary or pension.
- Day Care: Minimum hospitalization period is 1 hour.

Additional Information:
- Charges: CNCI charges 100% of the listed tariff for specific procedures.
- Cost Exceeding Limits: Requires notification to WBHSA for further approval.
- Approval and Reimbursement: Prior permission needed for certain treatments.
- Special Provisions: Dead body release, disposable/consumable limits, cost recovery.
- Validity: Cashless treatment facility valid until 31.03.2027.
