Healthcare organizations, including Arogya Niketan, must complete their renewal process within six months to maintain their empanelment status. This includes signing a new Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) as per Finance Department’s Notification No. 141-F(MED)WB, dated February 15, 2017.

This order is valid with retrospective effect from April 1, 2023, to March 31, 2027, unless modified or revoked earlier.
