How to Get Started with the WBiFMS Mobile App:

Installation Process:

  • Google Playstore: Search for “WBiFMS” by “WB Finance Department.”
  • iOS Appstore: Search for “WBiFMS” by “WB Finance Department.”
  • Web Access: The app can also be accessed via any internet browser using the provided link.

User Registration Process:

For iFMS/HRMS/eSE Users:

  1. Sign Up: Enter your registered mobile number and set a four-digit MPIN with a security question.
  2. Verification: An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number for verification.
  3. User ID & Password: Enter your iFMS or eSE User ID and Password. Verify with an OTP sent to your mobile number.

For Pensioners:

  1. Linking Mobile Number: Visit your pension drawing Treasury/Pension Disbursement Office to link your mobile number with your PPO ID.
  2. Registration: Register in the app using your linked mobile number. Verify with an OTP.

For Public Users:

  1. Registration: If you’re a beneficiary of state government schemes, a stamp vendor, a wage earner under state government, or have used GRIPS, you can register as a public user using your mobile number.
